A modular house factory

since 2004

Akso-Haus OÜ designs and produces modular houses since 2004. We mainly focus on big real estate developments and social objects (e.g. schools, nurseries, elderly care homes), but we also do smaller projects such as private residences, terraced houses and shops.

In addition to fulfilling customer orders we develop various innovative projects from cottages to apartment buildings in cooperation with talented architects like Kadarik and Tüür.

About Akso-Haus

Our company was founded thanks to a Finnish inventor who invented a way to build a house with concrete foundation that also endures multiple lifts and transportation inside a factory.
It is a unique technology that leads building houses and constructions to new heights. Akso-Haus OÜ was founded with the Finnish inventor in 2004 and our first factory was built in Vasalemma.

Akso-Haus OÜ have now five factories in Harju county with a combined total production area of 11 500 m2.

Our main markets are Finland and Sweden but our houses can also be found in Iceland, Germany and Estonia.

Akso-Haus’s ambition is to produce even larger objects. We do not want to achieve this by increasing our production area and number of staff only but through making our production more effective and innovative.

Furthermore, we pay special attention to the environment and we consider it essential to reduce construction waste and garbage as well as the potential recycle of waste.

Unfortunately, garbage and construction waste from construction sites usually end up at a dumping ground. Thanks to our factory production process we can reduce our production waste to a large extent effectively.
